A culture and coffee shop enthusiast with a passion for people and building school communities, Carter is the Founder and CEO of ElleCarter Consultants.
A first-generation college graduate, Carter earned her B.S from Mississippi State University, M.Ed from Louisiana State University--Shreveport, and has plans to pursue a PhD is Organizational Change in the spring. Carter's passion for mentorship, cultivating school communities where everyone wins, and building a bridge between classroom and communities are the driving forces for her work and commitment to building sustainable work cultures.
When asked, "What do you hope that your legacy will be," Carter's only answer is.... "Service."
