Reduce teacher turnover rates and keep people coming back! How can we do this? Our approach to garnering success in this area hinges on building a thriving school culture through our critical three step process.
Culture in not built through any one large gesture, but instead through a steady pulse of interactions that create safety and sense of unity.

1 to 1 Leadership Coaching.
In the first phase of shifting school culture, we focus on leadership coaching. Culture begins at the very top. Starting with our month long, one day a week, summer boot camp in the month of June, we coach school leaders through constructing a mission and vision statement that is authentic to their desired outcomes and brand identity for their campus.

Other things to look forward to:
-
Reestablishing your "why."
-
Developing and owning your desired brand identity.
-
Building authentic relationships.
-
Streamlining operations.
-
Building sustainable systems.
-
Goal setting and expectations.

This is only the beginning and there's so much more. Contact us to get started!

Leadership coaching is a one year commitment that extends into the school year with monthly zoom meetings and campus visits.
Building Within.
Buy In = We Win.
Now that we've taken time to work with school leaders, constructed an authentic mission, and have stabilized sustainable systems, it is time to fully bring your staff onboard and, most importantly, clearly communicate their role in building a school culture where everyone wins.
In year two of creating sustainable school culture, we'll do this by:

-
Working with leadership to build a Culture Committee within the staff that will aid in clarification of the WHY and proliferation of buy-in.
-
Creating systems that reinforce value and voice for staff.
-
Providing the vision to staff and clearly communicating their role.
-
Coaching staff through their role in cultivating positive school culture.
-
Planning team building exercises.
-
Effectively working through inner circle groups.

Building Within is a one year commitment that begins with a week long summer workshop with the leadership team and their Culture Committee. There will continue to be monthly zoom meetings with the addition of the Culture Committee. Additionally, monthly campus visits will continue, only with the staff now being the focus.
Bridge between Classroom and Community.
In year three, we begin to intentionally focus on building a bridge between the classroom and the community. It is imperative that we establish a sense of "One Band, One Sound" within the walls of our campus before we fully engage the community. We've established this in year one and two.

In year three of creating sustainable school culture, we'll do this by:

-
Working with the previously established Culture Committee to communicate the WHY to the community to aid in community buy-in.
-
Creating cohesive communication channels and systems.
-
Planning a Back to School event and other family friendly events that invite the community on campus.
-
Planning community initiatives that allow the school to reach students and their families in their communities.
-
Designing programs and initiatives that allow families to volunteer and be active on campus.
-
Designing friendly competitions that allow the parents to engage and have stakes in the outcome.
-
Planning other ways to engage families and the community,
